I think it is mind games. Your mom is using you to spy on your sister so that she doesn't have to. Honestly, unless she is REALLY in danger of hurting herself or someone else, your mom has no business knowing what is going on with your sister. If she wants to know what your sister is up to, it is her job as a parent to find out...not yours. If your mother starts harassing you about what your sister is up to, I would say leave and make it clear to your mom that you won't visit or talk to her on the phone until she stops trying to pry into your sister's life through you. However, if you take this approach it can go one of two ways. Your mother can either stop talking to you all together or she will get a wake up call and realize that she can't talk to you about your sister. You need to find new things to talk about. My mom and sister use me to go between each other all the time and it really sucks and it's soemthing that shouldn't be done. I finally told my mom AND my sister. Don't talk to me about the other one because I won't listen and I'll just get up and walk away. I'm not talking to you or I won't respond to you if you talk to me about my mom/sister...finally they got the hint and i'm not in the middle anymore. You should try it. You risk not talking to your mom anymore but it's not fair to you to be in the middle and I'm sure that eventually your sister will stop telling you things because she knows that your mom will get it out of you eventually.

I work for this company for 10 years. Last November while pregnant was out for 2 weeks because I had bronchitis. I give birth the end of January 2011 via c-section. Two and 1/2 months later I had return to work because I kept getting calls about how I needed to return to work as soon as possible because my FMLA time was about to run out. May 15 2011. I was injured while I was at work; my back went out on me while I was helping a client to bring into his room his laundry bag up the stairs. Ambulance was called and I had to be taken to the E.R because I could not walk and was in a lot of pain. I was set to return to work 6/5/11. In the mean time I had given my doctors notes to the manager from the hospital and another doctor’s note from physical therapy. What had happened with my back is that a ligament in my lower back had shifted according to PT. On May 22nd I had to make another trip to the E.R because again I was in excruciating pain, and was given a doctor’s note to return to work 5/29/11. I started going to PT 5/24/11. Unfortunately I got into a car accident on 5/31/11. I and my first son 3yr old were injured. I call my former manager the next day after the accident and explained to her that I was in a car accident, and originally I was scheduled to start work June5th but I won’t be able to and that I have a doctor’s note from the E.R which I fax to her on June 2nd, explaining that I would need to be out for a few days. During the conversation, I could hear the frustration in the manager's voice and I felt she didn't believe that I was in a car accident. She then just told me, well ok I will let human resources know, feel better, then we hang up the phone. June 4th 2011, one day before I was supposedly scheduled to start work, I got a letter from the company stating that I am now removed from my full time position due to my own serious health condition and that as of June 6th 2011 my position was no longer available to me. No one contacted me nor even gave me a chance to argue or to even save my position. The note continued on to say that I would be place in a relief position {relief means, I would be contacted for work when needed}. June 6th 2011 I called Human resources of that company wanted to speak to the director who is in charge of hiring and firing people, would not even speak to me and had redirected my calls to the director of benefits and compensation. I scheduled an appointment the next day with the director of benefits. During the meeting I ask her who's decision was it to removed me from my position, she told me, when she spoke to my manager she was under the impression that I told the manager I was not coming back to work indefinitely, I responded to her, I never told the manager such thing. I then went on to ask her will I be able to get unemployment she responded "No". And that I am still employed but as a relief employee. I then went on to say to her, relief is not going to pay my bill and after 10 years of my services, working all crazy hours almost all holidays working for them trying to help them out when they are short of staff, could I be treated in such manners. She told me well “get a doctors letter giving the dates you are able to return to work and we will activate you on the relief list. I simply told her ok, and then I exited the room. Originally I had an appointment to see my PCP on June 8th 2011. I was given a not to return to work June 12th 2011, I purposely never sent that letter to them because at that point to me it didn't matter anymore they had "fire me" from my position, and that started June 6th my position was not available to me. When I spoke to a former co-worker of mine, He told me they had already given my position to another employee that was working there. I file for Unemployment anyways, I recently got a call back from unemployment telling me they are refusing to pay unemployment because I “Voluntarily quit", It's not true, these people made the assumption I was in poor health, and not given any chance FIRED ME. With all that being said my question to you is with all information given will I be able to file a law suit against that company? How am I going to let unemployment see and understand my side of this story. I am desperate for answers here.

How to set up my wired internet?

I know this is my second question in quick succession, but I'm having troubles with my Netgear router in terms of actually setting it up with my DSL cable. The router is in my room, however I am currently connected wirelessly as I failed drastically attempting to set my internet up with cables. I have a cable running from the back of my PC into my router; a green light is confirming that the cable is working, however I want to be rid of wireless and back onto wired. I'd be very appreciative if someone can give me a quick run down on how to do this; there seems to be a few options for wired internet setup, but I'm too skeptical to believe that any of them will give me the results I want. honestly, thats almost exactly how i am, and my girlfriend just broke up with me after a year and 6 months. even tho the not allowed talking to guys at all or having them on facebook is a bit much, thats a tad controlling, unless he had a reason that he didnt want you talking to speciic guys. in my opinion, i think alot of guys are like this. the main reason for it tho, is because hes scared that you wont like him as much as these other guys, he is probably quite insecure and isint sure how you feel about him. have you ever given him a reason to be like that? because i wasnt as intense with the protectiveness untill my g had to do a couple plays in drama in which she got to make out with 2 guys or rehearsals for 2 weeks cuz the play had a kissing scene. after that i was just about as bad. from my point of view, you should have stayed with him, because the way you describe the positives makes it seem like hes a really good guy, and honestly loves you. think about it, decide which is more important, this guy, who has some protective issues, but loves you dearly, and sounds like hes always there for you and will hang out with you all the time, or getting to hang out with other guys.

Hi, this is Rama Das. I am 80 years old. After the death of my husband, since he left no will of the property (house and garden land) it was divided between my only daughter and me , 1/2 each. There was no legal procedure done for that and i did not give it importance due to it was a succession procedure. My daughter is a divorcee and I have only a grandson from her. They have been living with me for 23 years. I had made a will in favour of my daughter 10 years ago, but recently I have noticed that she is not taking care of me. My grandson is the only person left in the world who takes care of me and buys medicine, food for me with his own earnings as he is self employed. My daughter is considering a second marriage and both me and my grandson are concerned about our future. I have decided to give away my portion of the house to my grandson because i fear my life may be at risk if i still have a will in my daughters name. So I want to know that it possible to write a new will for my grandson and after that will is registered give the property as a gift deed to him. After giving the property (deed or will) is there any way my daughter or her to be second husband can claim my property or the property that i give to my grandson. Please let me know as this is a major decision and there is no one who cares for me except my grandson. And he is regularly humiliated by his mother and her friend for helping me. I really need help with my situation!?

I am a 14 year old boy and I am really passionate about climbing ,well too passionate which leads to my problem. I ended up now being a good climber for my age. Now its summer and I train everyday at 8 in the morning until 12 and then 5 in the afternoon until 8:30 in my indoor climbing gym and in the weekends I go climbing on rocks outside near my town. I am really serious about this and I really want to become really really good until I end up an adult but many people don't understand this such as my parents, friends... I get their point that I am a bit obsessive on this but I KNOW I will become the best if I train and this is one of my achievements which I want at the moment in life. But today I had an argument with my mother, telling me I go too much and I dedicate too much time but for some reason I feel embarrassed to tell her I want to become a climber in life... I know there is not too much money in this area but I know I would get the money if I would be the best and I would have a great life. Again I understand why she is arguing because as a child I was always good at school and I mostly got good grades and had many other activities such as playing piano for 7 years, scuba diving but I don't treat climbing as a "hobby", I treat it as a big part of my life and one of the things which make me feel really good. As I say again, I want to train as much as I train, each day I finished my training session I feel so healthy and strong, and I am taking this sport really serious which my parents are against it.

Is it really over between us?

I've been with my boyfriend for over a year now. I love him, he's absolutely perfect for me. I've dumped, and been been dumped by others before but nothing like this. I just bought a new mac, and although it didn't do this at the start, it is now continually making noises every time I press the shift, control, option, or command keys. Lost keys for job. Any advice?

I'm taking over as the DSD reciever at my job for a week, since the usual reciever is on vacation. Unfortunately, I've lost a set of important keys for the job. What are some movies that talk about the ability mankind has to be good as well as evil?

Basically, I'm writing a thesis about the use of this idea that many fantasy writers have taken, to make the human species look weak because of their natural tendencies to destroy themselves and each other. If you would like to make the first move thats great! Its not hard or scary even though it may seem that way. Kissing comes natural. If you would like to be the one to deepen the kiss just do it. Is Love Enough To Stay With Someone?

I've been through a situation very much like yours. You love him more than anything, but he gets on your nerves and you fight constantly/always getting annoyed with each other to the point of where you want to just leave him, but than when it actually comes down to it, you can't imagine life without him. I know exactly how you feel. It might sound kind of lame, but I'd make a pros/cons list about staying with him. Imagine what your life would be like being broken up..like imagine not hanging out, talking everyday and the little things like that. Which one seems more appealing to you? You might stay with him because you feel like you're never going to find someone else, you can't imagine being with someone else, noone compares to him or you are scared you won't get over it. But DON'T stay with him just because you have been together for 3 years. If you think that things are going to change..I'm telling you right now they won't. It doesn't sound like a good relationship. Why would you want to be with someone that causes you to be more upset than to be happy? That's just a waste of time and added stress you don't need. He's not going to change, so you're going to have to accept it or move on. Wouldn't you rather be with someone that makes you happy instead of someone you're fighting with everyday? It might be hard for awhile, but I PROMISE it gets easier and than one day you'll meet someone and be like wow I can't be believe I was missing out on this.
