What is the validity of bishop consecration in denomination outside of the Roman Catholic and Orthodox Church?

The problem here is people somehow think what the Catholic and Orthodox churches say are the rules. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints is the only true church on the earth. It's the only church that has members that has the authority from God to act in Jesus Christ's name so what all other churches do is invalid because they're not ordained of God to do what they do.
