Anyone on here having any knowledge of council inspections?

councils do not normally inspect a property ..now in your case they are going to ..all-most certainly some one has complained about the garden ....it is your responsibility ..and you should keep it tidy ..just because you inherited the mess does not mean you have to leave it ..that's laziness ..as for the missing walls ..if they do an internal inspection and see the walls are missing ..they may send their men in to inspect the RSJ and wall bearings ..any faults they find they may repair ..depending on the council you may or may not have to pay for the works ..im a builder ..over 40 years dealing with councils
