Its time we india have a Uniform Civil Code?

It should have been adopted long back....but it's never too late......but stop....I think we are in an era where Congress is still the ruling party hence it is IMPOSSIBLE to have it in place. Coz Congress survives becoz of this, and it CANNOT muster the COURAGE to amend it, and since they have black motives hence they will never do it.
